Wiseman is a 100% Founder, Patron and Group CEO of Eminentec Investment Holdings, a well renowned business figure in South Africa. He has vast corporate work experience that spans over 10 years in financial services, investment banking, insurance and accounting. He has served in numerous reputable financial institutions such as Nedbank, Liberty Life, Absa Bank and Assupol Life. He holds National Diploma in Financial Management – NQF Level 6 (DHET), BCom Degree in Financial Management – NQF Level 7 and currently enrolled BCom (Honours) Degree in Financial Management – NQF Level 8 (UNISA). He is a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA). He is a thought leader, social activist and change agent with a strong entrepreneurial flair. He is very passionate about women and youth empowerment transformation to bring about social change and equality in the South African economy. He believes in continuous professional self-development and always open to explore new opportunities. His keen eye for lucrative business opportunities has enabled the company to flourish successfully from its humble inception.

“Since the inception of Eminentec Investment Holdings I played a vital role as a Founder and Patron of the company. In my current role as a Group CEO, my responsibilities include but not limited to; acting as a main point of communication between investors (shareholders) and the business operations. Corporate Finance functions, controlling & overseeing Eminentec’s investment activities and overall business operations to ensure vision driven operations. The visionary goal is to put Eminentec on the map as a reputable significant investment holding company across various economic sectors. The company has already achieved its initial goal which is to make diversified investments and we are currently strategising and planning the expansion of our investment share in the current mixed sectors from which we are invested. We also conduct speculative investments in some of the shares and derivative instruments.”
